Our Commitment to Safety
Safety is our priority, both for our employees in the office and our team members and contractors in the field. At Capco, we have created a safety culture that permeates throughout our team at work and in their personal lives. We have a Safety Director on staff to provide safety training guidelines and conduct regular job site inspections. This person is solely committed to the safety of Capco’s projects, providing all our jobs with rigorous safety standards.
Training
Our entire team receives annual first-aid, CPR and AED Training. In addition, we provide training specific to each role from office personnel to field visitors to our superintendents.
Job Site Inspections
We hold frequent jobsite inspections to ensure all of our safety practices are being executed throughout the duration of each project.
Weekly Safety Meetings
Specifically, on the jobsite, our superintendents hold weekly toolbox safety meetings. These meetings serve to discuss Capco's safety procedures with everyone on the jobsite, ensuring all contractors are compliant with the measures we have put in place.
