Capco Steel, Inc. dba Capco General Contracting was founded on September 15th, 1985 by Charles A. Plunkett, initials for CAPCO. From his first days in business he understood the importance of relationships and has instilled in every employee that relationships and excellent customer service are founding principles of our business. To date, we have been involved in the construction of more than 70 million square feet of self-storage, commercial and industrial construction in 32 states.
