Job Description
The production manager is responsible for scheduling material orders and their deliveries with vendors, erector, and superintendent or owner.
Responsibilities
- Review and mark up quotes for price and or material discrepancies
- Have PO #’s assigned to quotes
- Coordinate with vendors, erector, and superintendent on delivery dates
- Deal with any field issues that come up including but not limited to wrong materials, late deliveries, and site conditions
